PhD Student Chemical Technology (m/f/d)

Your tasks and qualifications

We are looking for a highly motivated PhD student in the field of Automated Chemical Technologies. The candidate should have a degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, biotechnology or closely related fields, with a strong background organic synthesis and physical chemistry and interests and qualities in:

  • Experimentation and experiment design.
  • Design, construction, and optimization of automated platforms.
  • Basic knowledge and experience in flow chemistry is desirable.
  • Basic programming skills, ideally in Python, is required.
  • Confidence in spoken and written English is a requirement.
  • Ability for both independent and team work
  • Strong interest in interdisciplinary research
  • Language skills in English in speech and writing
