The Center for the Transformation of Chemistry (CTC) is at the forefront of integrating cutting-edge chemistry with real life applications. Divided into 5 thematic areas; Automation & Standardization, Data-driven Chemistry, Recycling, Renewable Feedstocks, and Societal-Environmental-Economic Metrics, the CTC seeks to play a critical role in the green transformation. In line with these ambitions, we are launching a research project aiming to create the automated materials science lab-of-the-future. The project will seek to automate and digitalise our materials science laboratory to accelerate innovation and support our ongoing program to replace plastics with fiber-based materials. To accomplish this goal, we are seeking a highly motivated Engineer/Postdoctoral Researcher (m/f/d) to join the project which will be run jointly by the CTC and the Max Planck Institute for Colloids and Interfaces (MPIKG). The project will be carried out at the MPIKG campus in Golm, Potsdam.
